Spetsofa

Components:

  • 400 gr. rustic sausage
  • 70 gr. olive oil
  • 140 gr. dried onion, in large slices
    70 gr. green and red peppers in a large frame
    70 gr. red peppers in a large frame
    10 gr. hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 20 gr. garlic, finely chopped
  • 160 gr. tomato sauce
  • 200 gr. chicken broth or water
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Execution method:

    Heat the olive oil in a deep pan over high heat and sauté the sausage. Remove the sausage in a separate pan and in the same pan sauté the vegetables until soft. Then add the tomato sauce and the chicken broth, salt and cook until the sauce sets. Return the sausage to the pan, then add the thyme and remove from the heat.
