Brownie with olive oil

Enjoy the most popular American dessert and even healthier, with oil instead of butter!

 

Components:

  • 300 gr. couverture 50% – 55% cocoa
  • 160 gr. olive oil
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 4 pcs. eggs
  • 120 gr. flour
  • 120 gr. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • Sweet whipped cream for serving

 

Execution method:

  1. First melt the couverture in a baking pan and mix it with the olive oil. Whisk the sugar with the eggs in the mixer with the whisk until they are white and fluffy very well and mix them with the chocolate. Then add the flour (sifted) together with the coarsely chopped walnuts and mix gently. Pour the mixture into an elongated hoop or a mold of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 25-30΄. It can be kept out of the fridge, but if you want, heat it before serving.

Success tip: The brownie must be moist and soft inside so we do not bake it for a long time.
