Τhe benefits of olive oil in the human body
Olive oil is the fatty substance obtained from the fruit of the olive tree (olive). We find it in the Mediterranean region for this and it is a main ingredient and an integral part of the Mediterranean diet. Research has even shown that compared to Northern Europeans and North Americans, Mediterranean peoples are less prone to cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure, with their life expectancy being quite high.
The fact that olive oil prevents heart and brain diseases makes it a source of enhancing the health of every organism. The rich ingredients it contains are vital for the human body as they give longevity and well-being and it is no coincidence that experts recommend consuming two to three tablespoons of olive oil a day.
