Cake with olive oil and yogurt
Ingredients we will need:
- 3 medium eggs
- 150 gr. yoghurt
- 170 gr. granulated sugar
- 170 gr. olive oil
- 1 kg vanilla extract
- Orange zest from 1 orange
- 230 gr. self raising flour of
- 1 pinch of salt
Execution procedure:
- First preheat the oven to 180 ° C in air.
- Put the eggs, yogurt, sugar, olive oil, vanilla, orange zest in a bowl and mix well.
- Then add the flour and salt and mix well with a ladle.
- Place the mixture in an oiled cake tin 10 × 30 cm and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove and let cool.Finally, spread the yogurt with a spoon on the cake, add the honey, walnuts, orange zest, mint leaves and serve.
